A Unique Course for Management Development
Designed Specifically for the Energy Industry

WHO & WHAT

For more that a decade, the Carolinas Emerging Energy Leaders Program (CEEL) has been equipping “rising stars” in the energy industry with tools for career growth and greater contribution, such as:

• Self-awareness and the emotional intelligence to be an effective leader,
• Developing and leading high-performance teams,
• Strategic analysis and decision making,
• Broad industry knowledge, and
• Strong and effective networks within the industry.

HOW

Through seven two-day sessions over the course of 2024 held across the Carolinas, CEEL combines classroom instruction with tours of energy facilities – such as the Siemens Energy Hub in Charlotte – and discussions with leaders in the energy industry. CEEL participants also create strong ties with colleagues through small-group sessions and with alumni of the program through social networking.

Since it’s inception in 2013, CEEL has been supported through enrollment by:

COST

CEEL tuition is based on the costs of:

• E4C program planning time, execution and expertise,
• Instructional materials,
• Leadership coaching with a professional coaching firm,
• Local transportation for tours (to sites unlikely to be open to participants individually), and
• Networking socially (sometimes with an activity such as an escape experience) and a meal each session.

Cost of travel to/from each session and overnight lodging are NOT included in tuition.  2025 rates are:

• E4C Member Company Participants: $6800
• Non-Member Company Participants: $8000
