Council for Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

The JEDI Council was formed in 2021 to advise and encourage E4 Carolinas and member companies to address important issues confronting the energy industry, and indeed the greater society. The initial initiative of the Council is the HBCU Energy Leadership Pathway, conceived as a potentially ground-breaking and transformative means to promote diversity, racial equity, and inclusion in the region’s energy industry. It is believed that Pathway will, if successfully developed, serve as a model for the energy industry in other regions and generally for other industries.
