E4 Carolinas Board of Directors governs the legal, financial, strategic, and management facets of the E4 Carolinas. The Board’s collective experience includes professional tenure in business, trade groups, higher education, government, and nonprofits in addition to energy industry roles and responsibilities across the full spectrum of energy disciplines. The Board meets quarterly in addition to an annual planning session and the E4 Carolina’s annual meeting. Members serve three year terms and may serve more than one term.
