Roy joined ElectriCities in 2009 as the Senior Vice President of Planning and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2011 before becoming CEO in November 2015. Roy has more than 35 years of experience in the electric power industry, including both public power and investor-owned utility experience. He began his career with Entergy in 1981. Following his time with Entergy, he joined Midwest ISO in Indiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electric engineering from LaSalle University.
